Week 364: TEA

It's a good time for a quiet cup of tea, no?!  Let's have tea together in the gallery.  I think we could all use some about now.

As always, remember the following CAS guidelines when creating your design:
  1. One main image
  2. Lots of open space, uncluttered
  3. Limited layers & embellishments
  4. Quick & easy to recreate (Note: It may take a while to create a design you like, but once you have that design, making more should be a piece of cake!)

STAMPlorations is returning as our wonderful sponsor and is offering this challenge's winner $25 off their next online order!

Be sure and check out their current 20% Springtime Sale and their $35 gift code giveaway over on the Current Promotions page for lots of savings!

Let's see what the design team and our guest designer created for inspiration to get us started!

Jen

Pop up an element to add depth to your CAS design.

Joyce

White on white keeps a card CAS.

Karen
design defined:
Stamp a large piece of paper then cut into strips/panels.

Nancy
design defined:
Sometimes you need to think outside the box.

design defined:
Balance a card by placing a sentiment & image in opposite corners, plus white emboss to preserve white space.

design defined:
Working in odd numbers in a tight cluster helps keep it CAS.

Go have fun creating your CAS design and don't forget to link up here on the CASology blog by Monday, March 30, at 9:00 a.m. (CDT)!

  2. How I wish I could stamp and play in this challenge, but I'm travelling. I may try my hand at a watercolour one though.

  3. I automatically thought of ICED TEA....so my card ended up being alittle "outside the box" compared to all the teapots!! I hope that is okay!! Thanks for providing us with fun inspiration through your cue cards!!
