Whether you're into dry humor, dry autumn leaves or something entirely different, let's fill the gallery with all the dry things we can think of this week! This should be interesting.
As always, remember the following CAS guidelines when creating your design:
- One main image
- Lots of open space, uncluttered
- Limited layers & embellishments
- Quick & easy to recreate (Note: It may take a while to create a design you like, but once you have that design, making more should be a piece of cake!)
STAMPlorations is returning as our wonderful sponsor for this challenge and is offering this challenge's winner $25 off their next online order! Check out the October sitewide sale this month!
Let's take a look at what the design team & our guest designer created for inspiration to get us started!

Clustering a couple of die cuts together is a great way to add dimension to a clean & simple card.
You can add minimal layers to make it CAS.
Black and white and a pop of color is classic CAS!
White space doesn't have to be white.
A bold colour background helps a simple image pop.
Keep design to 1/3 of the card.
A black and white card can make a design very clean and simple.
Stamp off the edge with large images & dry emboss for extra detail.
Limit yourself to one color.
Go have fun creating your CAS design and don't forget to link up here on the CASology blog by Monday, October 26, at 9:00 a.m. (CDT)! **We have returned to two-week challenges until the holidays begin!**
