Week 383: ENVELOPE

Welcome to February!  For many, it's a month of little envelopes filled with hearts and punny sentiments.  What do envelopes bring to mind for you?  Show us your creations in the gallery!

As always, remember the following CAS guidelines when creating your design:

  1. One main image
  2. Lots of open space, uncluttered
  3. Limited layers & embellishments
  4. Quick & easy to recreate (Note:  It may take a while to create a design you like, but once you have that design, making more should be a piece of cake!)

Let's see what the design team and this week's guest designer created for inspiration!

Guest Designer:  Rahmat
design defined:
Dimensional white on white with a pop of color works great for CAS cards.

design defined:
Use just a portion of a background stamp to cover 1/3 of the card to keep it CAS.

design defined:
White space doesn't have to be white.

design defined:
Keep multiple colors & images grouped together to preserve white space.

design defined:
Creating a scene in the corner leaves a lot of empty white space.

design defined:
Leave lots of white space, but add a pop of colour.

design defined:
Overlap simple layers, leaving plenty of white space.
