Have you been visiting the stores more than usual lately, either online or in town? As we gear up for the biggest shopping day of the year and the holiday season here in the U.S.A., this week's cue word seemed appropriate. We are curious to see what it makes you think of!
We have a wonderful new sponsor this week and you'll find their shop both inspirational and fun!
Let us introduce ourselves, we're Jacob and Nicole Rixon - owners of Sweet Stamp Shop.
Back in 2011, Nicole approached Jacob with her 'genius' idea of
starting her own stamp line. Ever the supportive husband, Jacob jumped
with his hands high in the air and exclaimed, 'Why didn't I think of
that!!?!?'
Ok, maybe it didn't happen quite like that.
But, this CPA and his creative wife did start a journey in 2011
with the hopes that other creative people would enjoy some fresh and
funky stamp desgins. They've built their business and have worked
tirelessly to bring you the latest in the crafty world - from tutorials
to new designers... their customers are what drives them to keep it
fresh and NEW. They happily brought on new illustrators in 2013 and
their product is being stocked on more and more shelves throughout the
United States and even around the world.
They proudly make their stamps here in the USA - print their
packaging at a local little print shop in San Diego - and Nicole still
hand packages every stamp set that comes in. (yeah, she might guilt her
friends and family into helping with that too!) They were also happy to
introduce their first employee in 2013 and plan on continuing to grow
and offer more products.
The Sweet family welcomes you - with warm squissy hugs! So, go on -
get crafting - get stamping - and join in on the sweetest family around
the block!
Be sure and take a look at their wonderful online store and inspirational blog! There are exciting things brewing and you won't want to miss them! This week's challenge winner will receive some Sweet goodies!
Let's see what the design team and this week's guest designer created for inspiration!

Simple background images are perfect for CAS designs.
You can use elements such as embossing, die cuts and simple paper piecing on a CAS design, but use in moderation.
Masculine cards can be CAS too!
Now go have fun and don't forget to link up your SHOP creations by Sunday at 4:00 p.m. (CST)!
