Week 379: WHEAT

Wheat is one of those intriguing plants that brings so many things to mind...harvest & bread to get us started.  What does wheat make you think of?

As always, remember the following CAS guidelines when creating your design:

One main image
Lots of open space, uncluttered
Limited layers & embellishments
Quick & easy to recreate (Note:  It may take a while to create a design you like, but once you have that design, making more should be a piece of cake!)

Let's see what the design team and this week's guest designer created for inspiration!

Guest Designer:  Lisa
design defined:
Keep things CAS with a simple color scheme & minimal embellishments.

design defined:
Add a stack of elements at the center to gain attention.
design defined:
Use tall thin images to create a border between color and white space.

Jacquie
design defined:
White space doesn't have to be white.

Keep your colour palette simple.

design defined:
"White space" can be kraft.

design defined:
Use just a section of the card for colour and image.
design defined:
Add dimension with neutral layers.
